Front of House Manager

After completing her NNEB, NVQ3, and Chiltern Certificate in Childcare and Education, Catherine embarked on an exciting journey with Disney Cruise Line, spending 7 adventurous years at sea working for various cruise companies and exploring the globe. She and her husband then made the move to the USA. However, as the saying goes, there's truly no place like home, and they have since returned to Berkshire permanently. Joining N Family Club has allowed her to reconnect with her roots in childcare, and she couldn't be happier. Outside work, Catherine enjoys the theatre, TV shows, movies, and walking her fur-baby.

Front of House Manager

Alina has been part of the N Weybridge team for 8 years, having been an educator, room manager, deputy manager, and now front of house. She has a BA in psychology and social work and has a Level 3 qualification in child care. After completing a placement at a school for children with special educational needs, she fell in love with that joyful feeling of watching a child learn something new, and decided this was the career for her!

Front of House Manager

Born and raised in Birmingham as the youngest of siblings, Alisha boasts nearly 10 years of experience working with children and holds a Degree in Early Years Education. Her prior roles as an Educator and Room Manager granted her the privilege of witnessing children and families embrace the marvel and enchantment of childhood. During her leisure moments, Alisha delights in baking and attending live music performances.

Assistant Deputy Manager

Alistair, currently pursuing his BA honors in early years education, is an experienced nursery worker with a level three NVQ in the Children's and Young People's Workforce. He is motivated by his belief in adding value to children's lives and looks forward to further developing his skills at N while enjoying his hobbies of gym training, gaming, and going out.

Amelia joined our N support team straight out of University, where she completed a BA in History & English Literature. She’s excited about being back in a big city and loves eating out, gigs, theatre and musicals. In the past, she has even jumped out of a plane and cycled from London to Paris for charity.

Amina has 15 years of childcare experience in various early years settings in London, holds a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years Level 3 and Level 3 in Leadership and Management, and is passionate about making a difference in children's early lives. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and going on fun outings with them.

Amy’s early years journey began over 12 years ago. She has recently earned her Bachelor’s degree in early childhood studies, and has Level 2 qualifications in both speech & language and understanding autism. In her spare time she enjoys baking and using her arty skills to create personalised gifts for loved ones.

Anna started her early years career as an apprentice. During her 13 years in the sector, she has worked her way up to nursery manager and has managed several settings. She now holds a Level 5 qualification and joins the N team as nursery manager. She is particularly passionate about creating a welcoming and inspiring environment in which the children and family at the nursery can thrive.

Having spent most of her life in Wolverhampton and a short while in London, Annmarie is now a level 5 qualified professional in Children's Learning and Development. With a passion for nurturing children's growth, she's progressed from Nursery Educator to Nursery Manager, valuing strong parent partnerships and continuous personal development.

Nursery Manager

Aradhana has been working in the Early Years sector since she was 17 and is passionate about being a part of children’s growth and development. She completed her EYTS from Middlesex University back in 2014. and has worked her way up to becoming a Deputy Manager. She moved from India to the UK, where she now lives with her husband and daughter, and enjoys spending quality time with them.

Ayeesha is a true local, being born and raised in Surrey, Growing up, she always had a passion for working with children, and, even though she initially worked in the hospitality sector, she found her way back to the early years. She loves how rewarding it is to be creating a happy and inspiring environment for the children. Outside of work, she loves traveling, seeking new adventures outdoors with her dogs, or spending time with her friends.

Originally from Sao Paulo, Beatriz moved to London nearly 20 years ago, where she has been engaged in the hospitality industry. A strong desire for change and new experiences has been calling to her, and as a result, she is excited to be a part of our N Family. In her free time, Beatriz enjoys traveling and immersing herself in different cultures, savoring various cuisines, and exploring new destinations.

Bethany has been working in Early Years Education since 2012 and holds a Level 6 diploma. What she loves most about her job is that no day is the same! She enjoys spending time exploring new places and being outdoors. She has recently taken up running and open water swimming.

Casey, born in West London, discovered her passion for working with children while nannying two adorable kids. She now brings her 5-star service to a childcare setting as she embarks on a new adventure with the N Family.

Catarina has over 10 years of experience working with children and over 5 years of experience working in nursery management. She is level 3 childcare qualified and level 5 qualified in leadership and management. She speaks Portuguese and English is her second language. When outside of work, she loves spending time with her friends and family,

Deputy Nursery Manager

With 12 years of experience in the early years sector, Charlotte has worked in various roles, including supporting in schools, holiday clubs, and as an au pair in Switzerland. She has always known she wanted to work in the early years sector, a passion sparked during her work experience at a primary school. Charlotte particularly enjoys getting messy, imaginative play with the children and is dedicated to ensuring they have the best possible outcomes in their early years.

Chelsea joins us from an Outstanding Montessori Nursery where she was deputy head, having been there 9 years working her way up from an assistant role. She is passionate about seeing children grow into independent beings. At home, she is dog mummy to a Golden Retriever called Harry. She also loves to bake, with her signature show-stopper a strawberry sponge piled high with fresh cream and berries.

Deputy Nursery Manager

Having lived in London until recently, Chloe has worked in the Early Years sector for 14 years. Over the course of her career, she has undertaken numerous roles and pursued various qualifications, including a Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, Management, Forest School, and SEND. Her mother's work in the Family Support and Safeguarding Team at a school for over three decades inspired her to work with children.
During her free time, Chloe enjoys swimming, reading, exploring, and spending time with her friends and family.

Chloe has 6 years of experience working with children and has completed apprenticeships for Level 2, Level 3, and recently finished her Level 4. Her passion lies in working with children and she enjoys building strong parent partnerships and relationships with the children in her care to observe them grow and develop and achieve their milestones. In her free time, Chloe likes to read, spend time with her family and friends, and cook.

Ciara, with years of experience in the nursery industry, finds immense joy in building relationships with children and families, witnessing their growth with a smile. Beyond her nurturing role, she is a passionate professional dancer who loves expressing herself on stage through movement.

Clare has been in early years education for over 20 years, having managed 2 university nurseries and maintaining their Ofsted Outstanding status throughout her time there. She wants to ensure that N Cambridge feels like a home away from home - where families feel supported, welcome and listened to. She’s a mum of 3 children who keep her busy outside of nursery life, and loves to spend time in Cornwall on family holidays.

Clare has 11 years of educational experience; she joins us from Seymour House - a group of 10 Ofsted Outstanding nurseries - where she was Head of Early Years Practice. Clare specialises in implementing various curricula, having developed curriculum content in schools and nurseries, including international. Clare also has an Early Years Professional Status.

Claudia was born in South Italy but moved to London when she was 18. She is our Talent Administrator and helps build our wonderful nursery and support teams. She has a degree in international business management and loves to learn about new cultures, having travelled around much of Europe, South East Asia and Australia.
